MIke:

Hey everybody, this is Mike Raber here with the influencers journey show. Today, I have the great honor to continue our conversation and talking about one hundred million strong and why we believe it is not only important to create a strong community, but bring together community of people in different expertise, different walks of life, and how as a collaborative community together, we can help people grow together. We can raise our communities, raise the vibration, raise the overall intention of the community. And together we will be able to positively affect those around us and the world. Today I have the great honor of being with Dr. Isabel and Dr. Jyun, who are founders of the company, Isamizu. They, where they help people expand the integration of ancient wisdom and modern science with knowledgeable experts to balance body, mind, and soul. Their slogan is awareness to wellbeing . And in fact, today's conversation is just that. They're going to share with us ways that we can be more intentional about our own awareness.

Dr. Isabel Perez:

Thank you, Mike, for having us. Thank you so much.

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

Thank you so much

MIke:

You're welcome.

Dr. Isabel Perez:

We are very excited about your community and all the things that you're doing to make sure that we are expanding the consciousness of the planet, the consciousness of the world, and with what we recommend people, is just to become more aware of everything that they do. Everything that they think, what they eat and just being aware of being present and just doing things, being conscious of what they're doing. So for example, if you're eating something, don't ot just eat it . Usually what we do is we are in a hurry all the time and we're just eating without really slowing down and just thinking, and then processing this nutrition that we're getting. We're just going in a rush all the time. So we are asking people to just take their time, be present, and then be aware of what they're doing. Be aware of their actions. So then that will benefit not only their body, but their mind and their spirit.

MIke:

I liked that. And I think oftentimes we are so busy, busy, busy going, going, going, and we forget that sometimes we have to slow down in order to speed up. We have to slow down so that we can re tune like a car, race cars , example. It can be incredibly fast, but someone has to go into the pit and kind of recalibrate everything in order for it to take off without blowing up. I imagine our life and our bodys' are probably the same way. Would you agree?

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

Yeah , absolutely. And , uh, you know , when you take a moment, you know, anything' we do, and actions or thinking or feeling , then you kind of start understanding it's not just about you, but about your surrounding environment , you know, what are you contributing, what kind of relationship you have. Cause then all of a sudden you start to become aware that what action that the person did it to you. There's more gratefulness and gratitude and compassion that comes up, right? So this is all about this right now, you know, a hundred million strong. We need to have the unity coming from, you know , coherence and cohesiveness. Everybody needs to have the level of awareness equal to that, to become more compassionate to the others. It's not, we can't be, we don't have the same opinion, you know? Oh, I think this way, or you think this way, yeah. We have differences that , you know , how we come from where we come from. Right. But we have to be aware of other people's thoughts and why they act in a certain way. Then we start creating a harmony.

MIke:

Very, very true. And are there certain exercises or certain things that you've found that are more effective for helping people become more aware and what they're doing? Create that awareness?

Dr. Isabel Perez:

Yes, one of the things that we always say is just listen to your body. Just l isten, how you are feeling in the moment. And you can tell like when you are stressed out, when you're anxious, you c an feel your breathing is shallower or is f aster, right? And then you can feel like somehow a contractive energy in you or the opposite is when you're more expanded. When you're happy. You're just like opening up. Like the chest, t he heart chakra is opening up. So just noticing all those signals, all the emotions that your b ody's is telling you, because you can change your frequency, your vibration by changing your attitudes, by changing your thoughts. If, for example, you're having a bad day, you can decide I'm going to continue having a bad day or I'm going to change it just by thinking happy thoughts. And just what we recommend is have something in your mind that makes you happy. That brings you joy and have it available at those moments when you're not having a good day, and just go and take the memory towards that emotion then just feel the happy thought in your body. By sending signals to your brain. And then even though you are at that moment, when you were having that e xpensive emotion, that joy, that happiness, your brain will go back. Y our, there is a circuit that is already in your subconscious, that is programmed. That is there. Then it is easier to change your attitudes, change your perspective of the situation, the present situation by sending the visualization, sending that p op to the moment that you e xperienced happiness and joy, and just being aware with your body and then being aware of that subconscious thoughts that we have, those programs, those limiting beliefs that we have, and then just transform them and change them into more positive. It's something that w e know and understand i t's not easy to do when you're in m oments of difficulty i n crisis, but the more you do it, the easier it becomes. And when you bring to the conscious level, those subconscious, those limiting beliefs, it is easier to transform it, transform them and change your, journey, your life and transform your health even.

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

So yes , and additional at the , um , tool. So , you know, that's the number one thing to talk to you about that we need to have available, to have the thoughts, to have the positive thinking. You know, my gut, the abilute biggest tool. If people say, well, I know, but I forget that those positive thinking, right? S omething's g etting in the way. One of the greatest t ool t hat you can use, i t's called conscious breathing. So we teach this one on a website that we h a ve , and a YouTube channel. So what it does is that yo u're j ust focusing on the moment th at's d oing the breath work, where you inhale and exhale twice. As long as your inhalation, when you start being doing this conciously, you ha ve c lose your eyes and start doing a s low br eathing. What this does as your doing this, is the autonomic nervous system to start to reregulate. Okay. So then, because the way yo u a r e s t ressed t o a m oment, sympathetic dominant, bu t w h en y o ur i n a calming state, you want the sympathetic to be activated, so that exercise will allow your mind to st art t o ease down. Now, allowing your positive mindset to come out right there. You can start ta king o ver. So if these are just some tool that we keep building.

MIke:

Nice, that's so interesting to like how Dr. Isabel was talking about the body and awareness. Yesterday I was talking to my younger daughter and she was telling my wife and I, that she got accepted into grad school after two interviews yesterday. So they sent her the acceptance letter yesterday. She was so excited and she goes, however, my chest hurts. Do you know why that would happen? Outside of having a heart attact, What would cause my chest to hurt? do you know why I don't? And I said stress. And she goes, but why? I'm excited? This Is the best day of my year. What is it to be stressful about? And I said, when didt your chest start to hurt? She about a minute after I got the letter. And I said, that's because your conscious mind saw the letter and said, Oh yay. I made it. An d y our subconscious mi nd s a id, Oh crap. I go t t o p ay for this. Hence the chest pain. So it sounds like from what yo u're s aying, Dr. Jrun, is, that would've been a perfect time for her to sit down and take those deep breaths and focus on, okay. The money will come getting into grad school is t he hard part, making the money is n ot that difficult and recalibrating her thoughts. So the chest pain would go away.

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

Yeah , that's probably a big part of it. And the other one is that Chinese medicine always says that when the heart become out of balance over joy , actually it's no good either. So when we are overjoyed. We actually create the stress to the heart. That's the ancient timing thing. So over something, over thinking, too much anger, too much, you know , fear any of those things that there's a certain organ congealed, those stagnant energy, the heart is actually overjoyed is still s problem.

MIke:

Interesting. So overjoy is, can be as severe as over anxious, we think of it as a negative thing. And Joy as a happy thing, but if not property channeled, that can create the same symptoms. Is that what you're saying?

Dr. Isabel Perez:

Everything in excess is bad, Which is ok, It's just like stress. The stress. A lot of people have a connotation that stress is bad. Stress is actually needed because if you're having a job like , uh , if you have a job and you have a deadline when you're stressed out, because you have a deadline, it makes you function. It makes you concentrate on your task, right? The problem with stress and with anything is when you are having stress all the time, that is getting extended for longer periods of time, then it's just too much. So the same thing with overjoyed for your daughter during that time, it was a lot of overjoyed. She was excited. Of course, she had the stress, the nervousness and the fear and anxiety, but it was a lot of excitement, which is okay if it's something that is temporary, but can you imagine if you're having that all day, every single day. All right , your system is not imbalanced. We need those moments of positive and negative, the ying and the yang, the excitement and the calmness. So that's why we want to have balance in everything in our life.

MIke:

That makes sense. And then is there certain things like meditation, or exercise, eating healthily, the different physical things that we do are there different situations like how you were saying that our heart is where our body holds that overjoyed, or o ver excitement component . Are t here different, depending on what the out ward reaction is, are there different things that we should physically do, to, treat or to e ffect that o rgan or that part of our body that's harnessing t hat tension or harnessing the energy?

Dr. Isabel Perez:

Breathing is one of the methods or techniques are very effective, efficient, and fast. They will act really fast. And another interesting key thing is that every emotion has an organ attached to it. So not only the overjoy and the heart, but then also sadness and grief in the lungs, for example, or anger in your liver. So if there is some body that is having issues with the liver there , they need to be analyzing, how is my life? Am I having, am I being angry all the time and upset? Am I just holding a grudge from somebody for a extended period of time? So the body, as we said, send us messages and signals of what's going on. Not only at the physical biological level, but at the emotional level. So then analyzing if this is temporary is just for a moment that you experienced that heart congestion or that pressure, you can associate it with the event that happened, initiated that emotion or that feeling. But if you're noticing that it is a repetitive thing, or for example, somebody that is having , uh , problems with the stomach. So is there things that need to be associated with that part of the body and then just correlating it with the emotions? And as we say, it was a chronic condition or longer periods of times when you experienced something is just the body's telling you, okay, you need to pay attention because you're out of balance,

MIke:

Going to the stomach scenario of , let's say a person, has acid indigestion, or they have issues with their stomach. What emotion or emotions are generally attached to, or stress points would be attached to that particular organ or part of our body.

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

Yeah. So think about stomach. We, a Chinese medicine called that there's a fire, you know , in Western medicine, they associate with acid, right? Acid rises in the they'll create a burning sensation, right? That's the typical that we associate with that. But Chinese medicine, there's a loss of a rising fire come from the stomach due to congealed energy. They, you know, often the people , I feel a knot on that, you know, the gut right here, right? Why should the knuts, because there's so much that, you know, frustration, you know, that , you know, you can express yourself with all the congeal energy stuck right there. So then when you get stuck, that's when the doubt typically Turning to the fire, and then that rises towards the, you know, the upper throat. So then of course they are able to release conscious breathing again, going back to that, how can I, you need to be aware, number one, there , the tightness there, and now you have to pay attention to that to really start , let go open up the diaphragm, how the deeper breathing penetrating to the lower abdomen. This is where stimulating a pallet sympathetic. So the calmness starts to kick in. Right?

Dr. Isabel Perez:

The other thing is that when we think about the stomach, it is located in the solar plexus. One of the energy centers of our body and on the energy center is about , um, the positions, is about , um, self-love it's , uh self-esteem. So if you're having some issues with that, of course, fear comes in it because if you don't have enough self love or self esteem , and there is something that you're having to do, and you're afraid of it is because you're not having that , um, self esteem and that love, and that , uh, confidence that you're able to do something, then it will start upsetting your stomach as well.

MIke:

Okay. So anxiety could be a big player in that arena, right? I.

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

It is all about the low energy center , you know , from the solar plexus down to the, you know , low abdominal, down to the pelvic floor, we call it , this was a survival energy. So the survival means anything that people take you . Okay. How can I, how move forward? Fear kicks in, and uncertainty, all those, you know , uh , combined energy goes in there in the law centers. But then the important thing is the heart center. This is where , you know, a state of love being the , you know , um , compassion, you know, ever since, you know, we are all connected, right? We all know that the heart , the most important emotional center , then there's an upward center . We call the throats in , here in , uh , in , uh , um, uh , third eyes in Chinese medicine. And it's top of that head, that's called the crown chakra energy center. That's the thival energy that this is where the openings are happening. We want to make sure that heart focus and the self-love You know if you're talking about self-love then, because it's all about that, you know, why you feel what you feel, because the you being judged for the nobody, even more , most of the time, not thinking about what you're saying, but you're thinking, right. So then basically at the end of your self judged , based on your own perception, they think that's who you are, but nobody else that's who you are . Right .

MIke:

So true. One of my favorite sayings, if I remember right, is if we knew, we often worry about how people feel or what people think about us, but if we knew how little people actually think about us, we wouldn't worry something of that nature. Right. So , are there certain things besides a breathing say if a person has a lot of anxiety, or they have , um , more symptoms in a particular area, say the stomach or their heart. Um, are there certain things that they can do that outside of breathing, eating rather more , um, I guess ways to put it back in check or to keep it from getting continuing to get out of balance?

Dr. Isabel Perez:

Definitely just the emotional part plays a big role in how we're feeling in our body. Just checking what you said, just checking the nutrition. It's key. Nutrition is very important. And , um, just how is their digestive system? Because they have found that there are three, we have three brains actually. So we have the , the brain that we used to think with, or that we use it for thinking, and we have a heart and they have found neurons or cells that are very similar as the neurons in the heart and then the gut . So they need to make sure that our nutrition is really good, because if you're not having a proper nutrition, you might be affecting your gut. And you got might be sending signals to the body that are causing some disease, some discomfort or some symptoms. Um, so definitely checking the nutrition. And those are important things that we recommend. So nutrition is one breathing, hydration. A lot of people, they ignore that. And for example, in a big part of , um, the population, they just they're struggling with their weight. They think that they're hungry all the time, but they're not really fun. They are dehydrated. So when you're hungry, just drink some water. If you're still hungry after you're drinking the water, yes, you are hungry. But if you, if it calms down, then maybe you were just needing a little extra water and then also exercise, movement. It is, it is critical. If you see people that live the centenarians, they live long because they're always in movement. Their attitude is always happy. They're always being active and , and they just they're excited about life and they, that's why they live longer. And then the other thing is just, we need to make sure that we are in sync with our brain and our heart. So we just need to have balance and coherence with what we think and how we feel and what we are sharing with the world. And gratitude is very important and key element for our life for our wellbeing . If we are grateful, the more grateful you are, then the more positive your life is going to be. And then we are energy beings. Everything we do is energy, our thoughts, our energy, our actions, our energy. If we are being grateful, we're sending a high vibration frequency and we will receive, we attract what we send out. And that's something that we recommend people. So just check all those little boxes. And if there is still something that is not okay, and energy frequency or energy healing is another great technique to be able to balance our body.

MIke:

Hmm . Nice. I like that. Yeah .

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

No , go ahead. Go ahead . Go ahead.

MIke:

I was just gonna say that kind of ties into what you two were talking about at kind of panel as well, as far as the heart through giving, through being grateful through a celebration, whether it's by ourselves, but ideally with a lot more people that, that sets the vibration, how we are able to not only is a good for the person we're helping, but being grateful in the process helps us. Correct.

Dr. Isabel Perez:

Right . Yes. And it's just , um, because we have an energy field around us, we all, everything around us has an energy field . When that energy field is expanding. We are changing other lives in a positive or negative way. Right? So if our energy is a positive energy, if we are grateful, if we're giving, if we're open, if our hearts are open, that vibration is a lot bigger and we can influence and affect and benefit all the people. But that's why everybody should do that. And I will love to see a world like that.

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

Yeah. Just like, you know, example of water. If we have the big ripples right there , you know what the wave goes out. If you have a little ripple , but if that big wave is going to take over eventually, right? But then you , we want to come with , you know , come together as the 100 Million Strong to have a theme , you know, have a laugh center , heart focused , you know , why are we doing to helping people, when people come together, we get to start creating that gut level. The big ripple effect. Now those a little ripple that have the negative frequency. They got to start being taken over by us.

MIke:

I love that. It's so interesting too . I was on a conference last week. It was a three-day conference. And the beginning of the conference, the goal that was put out there was to raise $10,000 from by the third day. And that would cover enough money to buy 100 Dell computers for under privileged kids who are at home and they don't have computers. So they can use his computers to advance their education. And it started as a conversation . You could kind of feel it , everybody was into it. And people started to donate money. There was this like quicker scale that you could see how every couple hours you'd go back and you kind of feel this little surge on the call . And then on the third day, when the $10,000 was raised, they then had this gigantic stage in the back of the stage where a ton of monitors and the tech people divided up to where each monitor representative one child. So there's a face of an unknown child on a monitor. And there was a hundred faces across the stage. And when the presenters said, see those hundred faces, you all just made their lives better because now they can continue their education. And you could feel the energy was like 10 times what it was prior to that. Once people could see it and they became part of this big process, I thought it was a cool example we're talking about, because if there was like an earthquake work scale or something, I'm sure what about , and then backed down. I would have stayed up there for awhile because people were cheering they had pom poms. So I would say five minutes of pure gratitude. And it wasn't an individual thing. It was an outward blessing that created that event. Now when I saw that, nobody saw that that was 100 now granted, there was a couple of thousand people on the call, but that was 100 lives change by a couple of thousand people. What if that was a 100 million or 10,000? Imagine the Richter scale that we would create with that will create now would , will

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

See that's where excite us , just having that thought the competition and things that happen, right? Yeah. This drive us. That's why we had another. Why isn't it? Yeah,

MIke:

Definitely. And having it be a collaboration of and preset moments of celebration, it seems to be in, in my own mind, I can under logically, I can understand why this works with scientifically, if you wouldn't mind explaining how I know, if , if I do something and you two do something, the three of us do something independent of each other, kind of like the ripple you're talking about earlier, it's still good. And it will still be a positive effect. But if, even if only the three of us do things independently, but if you jumped on a call and say, yep , I just did this. Yep . I just did this. And now for a brief moment in time together, we're holding that space that it seems like it would certainly three times, if not more times the effort, because it's now a combined concentration point in time that we are acknowledging and becoming aware of what we just did. Scientifically how that work? Or why does that work?

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

Well, think about this one . Um, you know, there's a frequency called the wave wavelength where you're in the same wavelenght they actually overlap the same wavelenghts. Then once you do this, there are two waves come through it, right. This way, they actually magnified the wavelength doubled when you're , you know , when you influence each other. So that's the moment in time. But if you are not that Wavelenght, you know frequency, let's say radio frequency, 1150 and the other 1150, they are in a different distance in different space. They don't know each other. They can't really influence each other. When you come in the same space. Now they're projecting that from a different angle. No , you are quadruple, you know, not just that you can amplify the magnifies that those wavelenghts all the way. Right.

MIke:

That makes sense.

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

That it has been proven by the physics. That's just a very few simple physics. You know, you want to create a space, how you interrupt each other between a frequency. Yeah.

MIke:

Thank you for explaining that. And that's one of the visions with a hundred million strong is as we have starting out, it might be a quarter, day of celebration, but eventually it would be daily, perhaps hourly, where people will have check-in points and there will be a mode of communication that will go out that we've just done this as the community. We just did this. And so people will to keep that instead of going like this and continue to rise up, but steadily consistently, versus going back to that tidal wave, you're talking about, yeah . Question for you as listeners are hearing what we're talking about. And I told a little bit about your mission at the beginning, but if people want to get more involved and support you two, and what you're trying to do, how would they do that? What's the best way for people to either reach out to you for questions and or for support if they want to help and be part of supporting what you two are building. I think it's amazing.

Dr. Isabel Perez:

So one of the things that we are doing is not only helping individuals one-on-one or in groups, is that we are joining forces. As we were talking about just when we joined forces, then we can cover more, more space. And the goal is to be a global community that is increasing awareness to achieve wellbeing. And we are connecting with brilliant people, practitioners that are doing very similar job than what we're doing, being more holistic, using more alternative medicine to support people's health and life in general. So what we are doing connections with people to expand the word , to start increasing their awareness and people that want to do a collaboration. They're welcome. We will like to meet with people that are like-minded, that they have the same vision as us. And , um, we will be, you can , people can send us email or information on our email is info@isamizu.com or our website is www.isamizu.com We also have a YouTube channel where we are sharing information. When we're doing interviews of knowledgeable experts that can share their wisdom and their there's sharing their genius zone. And the YouTube channel is isamizuglobal That's how people can come meet us.

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

Yeah . And also like to add into adult data that says that . So most people, when they Google cause in a health wise , like health, which comes from the physical health or that there's sometimes emotional health that people struggling and yet they don't know where to go. They Google them that well , who should I go see what kind of doctor, what kind of practitioner? So this is the way that Google cannot tell you where you should go. See, first of all, they don't know you who you are, what you're looking for, you know, just the search engine, not gonna get you what you are looking for. So we are creating, we are trusted resources t hat we'd like to be because our background is the integration of the medicine with the bodies and minds in the fall. So we go a s a , in a local and also we are going to the statewide nationwide, like t o Woody, u h, interview around people that knowledgeable e xpert t hat most people don't have access to t hat they have no idea what type of m ethods the chiropractic d o, what kind of a massage, what kind of a , you know, natural p ostdocs or even medical doctor, what kind of mindset? This medical doctor has, right? So we want to integrate all the noticeable e xpert has the mindset, which is integration t he cohesiveness. Now, when you come to our platform, looking for the information, we can provide you a specific needs, what your individual, what you need to do in a way t hat trust is visual. This is through our research i nterview t hat we put in t he blogs and stuff. So we encourage people to come to all o f o ur websites, to start learning and start educating yourself. And then we will start sending up the courses a s w ell, too. So they can really start increasing awareness about the body, the mind and soul, right?

MIke:

I love that what a valuable resource for people to have access to. Thank you. Thank you. And also for the listeners, we will have all their information in the show notes as well. So , um , if you weren't able to write down the , um , YouTube name or the website or email, they will be available underneath the show on, in the show notes. So definitely reach out to Dr. Isabel and Dr. June . They are brilliant and have a heart to serve. And I know that you will find isamizu a very helpful resource as I have it. Would you like to share anything else, before as we wind down? Wonderful.

Dr. Isabel Perez:

Thank You, everybody for listening, and let's just be aware, be present and just do everything in the conscious way. That's my request or recommendation, right ?

Dr. Jyun Shimizu :

Hello . You're not alone. We are here to help and serve. So please use the resources as much as possible. Nice. Thank you. And at that, I'm going to bring this show to a conclusion.
